Shiprock is an unincorporated community in New Mexico, founded in 1903. The area is notable for the documentary "The Mayors of Shiprock," highlighting young Navajo leaders. Amber Midthunder, a local actor of diverse heritage, will star in two films scheduled for release on March 14, 2025, including "Opus" and "Novocaine."
