US Marshals arrest Southaven, Mississippi’s Quaverre Rogers in Olive Branch
Quaverre Rogers, 27, is accused of fatally shooting Damein Vaughn Hawkins Sr. outside a Memphis cafe. Rogers was arrested in Mississippi and charged with second-degree murder and weapon possession, with his bond set at $750,000.
