Orvin Alexis Lopez Torres, a 27-year-old from Honduras, was arrested for allegedly stabbing two people in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, on November 28, 2024. Lopez, in the U.S. unlawfully, was apprehended on April 9, 2025, and an ICE detainer was placed on him to facilitate his arrest after his prison release.
