US Marshals arrest Tennessee murder fugitive Blake Troutman in California
Blake Allen Troutman, 26, was wanted for second-degree murder in Tennessee for allegedly selling fentanyl-laced narcotics that resulted in a woman's death. A warrant was issued on July 30, 2024, leading to his capture in California on October 2, 2024. Troutman is currently detained, awaiting extradition details.

US Marshals arrest Memphis, Tennessee’s Emmanuel Sampson, Latonya Livingston
Emmanuel Sampson, 27, from Memphis, has been arrested for the alleged robbery and murder of 21-year-old Amareus Henderson. The incident occurred on September 11, 2024, when Sampson and others confronted Henderson, stealing his wallet and gun before he was shot. Sampson was identified by witnesses and later apprehended by the U.S. Marshals. Latonya Livingston, 33, was also arrested as an accessory.
