Beatrice Rebecca "Bea" Millan-Windorski, a Filipino-American beauty queen, competed in Miss Earth 2024, finishing third and earning the title of Miss Earth-Water 2024. She is an advocate for climate refugee rights, holding multiple titles, including Miss Wisconsin Earth 2023 and Miss Earth USA 2024. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
