Peter T. Horne of Winona Lakes, Monroe County, PA, served time for rape and faced various legal issues. He was suspected in a woman's disappearance and was imprisoned for firearms violations and harassment. His former wife believed he was involved in the woman's death. He died in prison in 2013.
