Godfrey Hercules II, 29, and Mariah Banks, 27, were arrested in Winter Haven, Florida, on March 4, 2025, after Hercules brandished a firearm during a dispute. Their daughter, 3, was present. The couple was detained but released later. Charges were filed for affray against both, and improper display of a weapon against Hercules.
