On February 25, 2023, Madalyne Kinnett of Greater Lexington was crowned the Center for Rural Development in Somerset, Pulaski County, Kentucky. Julia Long of Fayette County and India Marks of North Central Kentucky were the respective first and second runners-up.

The Miss Kentucky USA 2024 coronation ceremony will be held at the Center for Rural Development in Somerset on May 19, 2024. It is the 70th edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Kentucky’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
