17 Mister International 2007 competing in Kuching, Sarawak

Wissam Hanna represented Lebanon at Mister International 2006 and competed against 17 other candidates at The Pavillion in Kallang, Singapore on October 7, 2006. He won the title.

Runner-up to Hanna was Erbert Javier Delgado of Venezuela. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Konstantinos Avrampos of Greece, Karlis Karolis of Latvia and Chaka Sedgwick of the United States.

Mister International 2007 contestants

On December 31, 2007, Hanna will crown his successor at the Sarawak Chamber Ballroom in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. It is the second edition of the international beauty pageant based in Singapore and the first time Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Egypt, South Korea and Taiwan are represented in the competition.

Mister International was founded by Alan Sim, an alumnus of Montfort Secondary School in Hougang, Singapore. Hailing from Punggol, Singapore, he speaks Mandarin Chinese, Hokkien, Teochew, Spanish and English.

On April 14, 2006, Hanna turned 26. On October 8, 2006, Sim turned 35.

Mister Lebanon 2005 was won by Hanna. Mister International 2006 was not his first international competition.

On September 8, 2005, Wissam represented Lebanon at Manhunt International 2005 and competed against 46 other models in Busan, South Korea. He won the Mister Photogenic award, ranked second in the Mister Internet Popularity category and finished in the Top 15 overall.

Hanna is 6’0″ tall. He has a sister named Rita Hanna.
