“Baby and I” hit theaters in South Korea on August 13, 2008. It is a dramatic comedy film written by Choi Won and Lee Seong-min and directed by Kim Jin-young.
SM Entertainment released “The Shinee World” on August 28, 2008. It is the debut studio album of Shinee.
“Baby and I”
Born in Seoul, South Korea, Jang Keun-suk attended Nelson College in Nelson, South Island, New Zealand in 2003 to study English and Japanese. He turned 21 on August 4, 2008.
In “Baby and I”, Jang plays Han Joon-soo, a rebellious 18-year-old high school senior who ends up caring for Woo-ram, a baby with a note claiming he is the father. The baby is played by Mason Moon Moorhouse, who was born in South Korea on March 21, 2007 to his Korean mother Moon Mi-Won and his Canadian father James Moorhouse.
Joon-soo’s parents are played by Kim Byeong-ok and Park Hyun-sook. Also in the cast are Song Ha-yoon, Ko Kyu-pil, Choi Jae-hwan, Jung Gyu-soo, Jang Jung-hee, Song Min-hyung, Kim Jung-nan, Kim Do-yeon and Gil Hae-yeon.
“The SHINee World”
Based in Wangsimni-ro, Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, SM Entertainment is one of the largest entertainment companies in South Korea. Recently, the agency formed a boy band called Shinee, which has five members namely Jonghyun, Key, Minho, Onew and Taemin.
On May 22, 2008, SM Entertainment released Shinee’s debut extended play titled “Replay“. It has five songs including a remix version of the title song.
The boy band’s studio album has 12 songs. The lead single “Love Like Oxygen” is a remake of Martin Hoberg Hedegaard‘s song “Show the World“, which was released on May 12, 2008.
