Nikolas Jacob Cruz, 19, of Parkland, Broward County, Florida, United States is one of the two adopted sons of marketing business owner Roger Cruz and stay-at-home mother Lynda Cruz. Roger died of heart attack on August 11, 2004 and Lynda died of pneumonia on November 1, 2017.

On February 14, 2018, Nikolas entered Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland and opened fire on students and staff, killing 17 people and wounding 17 others. Here is the list of the victims who did not survive:
