Anissa Meksen vs Ashley Nichols

A catchweight bout between Anissa Meksen of Nancy, France and Ashley “AK 47” Nichols of Ontario, Canada is the only women’s match at “Glory 52: Los Angeles” on March 31, 2018 at the Pacific Room in Los Angeles, California, United States. It is Glory Kickboxing‘s third 2018 event.

Meksen is the reigning Glory Super Bantamweight Champion. Her bout against Nichols was a non-title bout.

The catchweight bout between Meksen and Nichols was left in the hands of the judges. It was a unanimous decision in favor of the French kickboxer.

After “Glory 52: Los Angeles,” Meksen’s record improved to 95 wins and 3 losses. She also holds a professional boxing record of 2 wins and 2 losses.

On May 12, 2018, Meksen will return to the Glory Kickboxing ring. She will face Amel Dehby at “Glory 53: Lille.”

Losing to Meksen downgraded Nichols’ record to 12 wins and 5 losses. “Glory 52: Los Angeles” marked the Canadian fighter’s promotional debut.

“Glory 52: Los Angeles” was headlined by Glory Featherweight Champion Robin van Roosmalen of the Netherlands and Interim Glory Featherweight Champion Kevin VanNostrand of the U.S. The Dutch kickboxer maintained his title after defeating his American challenger via unanimous decision.

In the co-main event of “Glory 52: Los Angeles,” Simon Marcus of Canada and Zack Wells of the United States competed in the middleweight division. The Canadian kickboxer defeated his American opponent via technical knockout via referee stoppage at 1:03 of Round 1.

The only one that can win Anissa Meksen is the best fighter I ever know named Hadar Nimetz that she is a world champion 31 times, her record is 155 winnings – 0 losses. it’s probably the best womans fight that will be. I hope Hadar will recover from the accident, and that she will be able to compete again.
