On August 18, 2018, Jeremy “The Juggernaut” Pacatiw, 22, of Baguio City, Philippines will compete in Brave Combat Federation for the sixth time. He will compete against Keith “Killa” Lee, 21, of Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, the younger brother of UFC fighter Kevin “The Motown Phenom” Lee, 25, at “Brave 14.”

Taking place at the Omnisports Indoor Club in Tangier, Morocco, “Brave 14” will be the first mixed martial arts event by a global promotion in Africa. While it marks Pacatiw’s sixth bout in Brave CF, it will be Keith’s promotional debut.

Pacatiw and Keith will compete in the bantamweight division at “Brave 14.” The reigning Brave CF Bantamweight Champion is Stephen “The Sniper” Loman, 23, who recently had his first successful title defense.

Both Pacatiw and Loman are training out of the Team Lakay Gym in Baguio City. On the other hand, Keith and Kevin are associated with Xtreme Couture MMA, which was founded by former UFC champion Randy “The Natural” Couture, 55.

“Brave 14” was made possible by His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa of Bahrain under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco. According to Brave CF president Mohammed Shahid, the bantamweight bout between Pacatiw and Keith at “Brave 14” will be “highly competitive and will showcase two of the most promising talent with contrasting styles.”

“Athletes from the Philippines have displayed heart, commitment and skills, which make them integral when Brave Combat Federation takes over the responsibility to bring the first ever global mixed martial arts event to the continent of Africa,” Shahid added. “This is also an opportunity to give platform for athletes to showcase their skills around the world and to bring the martial arts community spread around the world closer.”

Currently, Pacatiw holds a professional mixed martial arts record of 6 wins and 3 losses. With five previous Brave CF bouts, he is currently the Filipino fighter with the most number of appearances in the Bahrain-based MMA promotion.

On the other hand, Keith has 3 wins and 2 losses. He was an undefeated amateur MMA fighter before going professional.
