It appears that Cleveland Cavaliers center/power forward Kevin Love, 29, is having fun while it is off-season. Recently, a video of the basketball star singing “Thinking Out Loud” went viral.
The video was taken at a karaoke bar. While at an airport, Love was singing “Thinking Out Loud,” a song from “x,” the second studio album of English singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran, 27.
“Thinking Out Loud” was produced by Jake Gosling. Sheeran co-wrote the song with Amy Wadge.
Born in Halifax, West Yorkshire, England, Sheeran has released three studio albums. The most recent one titled “÷” was released on March 3, 2017.
Apparently, Love does not have the mesmerizing voice of Sheeran but the basketball star is considered one of best NBA players today. In the 2013-2014 NBA season, Love became the first player in history to record 2,000 points, 900 rebounds and 100 3-pointers in just one season.
Love was born in Santa Monica, California. He joined the NBA in 2008 and played for the Minnesota Timberwolves until 2014.
In a three-team trade, the Timbervolves traded Love to the Cavaliers. From the Cavaliers, the Timberwolves received Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett.
Love was been playing for the Cavaliers since 2014. On July 24, 2018, he signed a four-year contract with the team worth $120 million.
The Cavaliers made sure that Love will be in the team for four more years after LeBron James, 33, left the team and moved to the Los Angeles Lakers. Love and James were teammates from 2014 to 2018.
In the 2017-2018 NBA season, the Cavaliers won the Eastern Finals while the Golden State Warriors won the Western Finals. The latter defeated the former in four consecutive games during the championship series.
Meanwhile, Love recently visited Beijing, China with Nike. While there, the Cavaliers star met retired Chinese professional basketball player Yao Ming, 37, who played for the Houston Rockets from 2002 to 2011.
