Miss Lebanon 2017 Perla Helou, 27, of Baabda, Lebanon will crown her successor at the Forum de Beyrouth in Beirut, Lebanon on September 30, 2018. It is the 16th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Lebanon’s Miss Universe and Miss World candidates.
Lebanon has three Miss Universe placements including the coronation of Georgina Rizk in 1971. The Asian country also has seven Miss World placements including the Top 5 finish of Valerie Abou Chacra in 2015.

Helou was crowned Miss Lebanon 2017 at the Casino du Liban in Jounieh, Lebanon on September 24, 2017. Representing Lebanon, she finished in the Top 40 at Miss World 2017 at the Sanya City Arena in Sanya, China on November 18, 2017.
