Jihin “Shadow Cat” Radzuan, 20, of Johor Bahru, Malaysia will put her undefeated professional mixed martial arts record on the line at “ONE: Clash of Legends” at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand on February 16, 2019. She will face Gina “Conviction” Iniong, 29, of Baguio City, Philippines in the women’s atomweight division.

Training out of Team Lakay in Baguio City, Philippines, Iniong is expected to exhibited her striking skills at “ONE: Clash of Legends.” For this, her undefeated Malaysian opponent is ready.

“If she chooses to stand and take me on, I’ve got no problem,” Radzuan said of Iniong. A lot will be at stake as both women take pride as excellent ambassadors of wushu and the striking battle is expected to be intense.

Iniong has repeatedly said that she feels she has an advantage on the feet but Radzuan believes otherwise. The Malaysian figher said, “Gina might be saying that based on my previous matches where I did not perform well from my striking but people close to me know I’ve been active in kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing.”

Radzuan is training out of Ultimate MMA Academy in Johor Bahru. She is a former Malaysian Invasion Mixed Martial Arts Champion.

Competing professionally since 2017, Radzuan joined ONE Championship in 2018 and defeated three opponents in a row in one year. When she made her promotional debut at “ONE: Visions of Victory” on March 9, 2018, she submitted Puja “The Cyclone” Tomar, 25, of Muzaffernaga, India via triangle choke.

After a successful ONE Championship debut, Radzuan went on to win two unanimous decision victories. The Ultimate MMA Academy athlete defeated Priscilla “Thathi” Hertati Lumban Gaol, 30, of Jakarta, Indonesia at “ONE: Pursuit of Power” on July 13, 2018 and Jenny “Lady GoGo” Huang, 28, of Taipei, Taiwan on December 7, 2018.

All of the three victories of Radzuan in ONE Championship took place at the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. “ONE: Clash of Legends” marks the first time she is competing outside her home country.
