“Brave 23: Pride and Honor” marks the second time Brave Combat Federation is holding an event in Jordan. For the event, the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion has partnered with Zain Jordan as its official telecom partner, Royal Hospital as its official medical partner and Abdali Mall as its official entertainment partner.
Zain Jordan
Zain is one of the biggest telecom services providers in the Middle East and North Africa region. The company has a strong presence not only in Jordan but also in other countries such as Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan and Sudan.
“We are looking to partner up with the biggest and best companies for our historical return to Jordan and Zain is a no-brainer for us,” Brave CF president Mohammed Shahid. “They’re a giant in their field and have a very strong presence in Jordan. Zain is known for being innovative and Brave has been at the forefront of positive change in the sport since our inception so it’s only natural for us to partner up to help the sport grow in Jordan.”
Royal Hospital
As one of the biggest medical facilities in Jordan, Royal Hospital has been a stalwart of the community in Amman, Jordan, providing medical services for several years and being at the forefront of innovations in the medical field for the country. Brave CF has a similar history in the MMA world as one of the youngest and most innovative promotions in the sport.
The collaboration between Royal Hospital and Brave CF will be directly beneficial for the “Brave 23: Pride and Honor” fighters in action. They will have medical attention at their disposal throughout fight week as well as on-site during the groundbreaking event.
Abdali Mall
Abdali Mall is an entertainment and retail hub located at the heart of Amman’s New Downtown. It was the venue of the “Brave 23: Pride and Honor” open workouts on April 17, 2019 and the official press conference combined with the ceremonial weigh-ins on April 18, 2019.
Reigning Brave CF Welterweight Champion Jarrah “The Jordanian Lion” Al-Selawe, 26, of Jordan and Abdoul “Sinistro” Abdouraguimov, 23, of France led the open workouts at the Abdali Mall. The latter will challenge the former at “Brave 23: Pride and Honor.”

Featuring 12 MMA matches, “Brave 23: Pride and Honor” will take place at the Martyr Rashid Al-Ziyoud Hall Boxing Arena in Amman on April 19, 2019. Fans from around the world can watch the show by signing up to Brave TV except to those in the United States, the Middle East, North Africa, the Philippines and India.
For the the fans from the regions where Brave TV is not available, “Brave 23: Pride and Honor” will be shown through Brave CF’s partners namely at Fite TV in the U.S., Abu Dhabi TV in the Middle East and North Africa, ESPN5 in the Philippines and MTV in India. Here is a promo video:
