2019 Marikina congressmen, mayor, vice mayor, councilors elected

Marcelino “Marcy” Reyes Teodoro was born in Santa Elena, Marikina, Metro Manila, Philippines to Amado Teodoro and Lydia Reyes. Marcy is an alumnus of the University of the Philippines and the Ateneo de Manila University, which are both in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Marcy has been the mayor of Marikina since June 30, 2016. He turned 48 on August 2, 2018.
