Cao Xuân Tài, 23, of Vietnam won Man of the World 2018 on July 14, 2018. He and 26 other candidates competed for the title at the Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Runner-up to Tai was Clint Karkliñs Peralta of the Philippines. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Bjorn Camilleri of Malta, Ondrej Valenta of Czech Republic and Natapol Srisarn of Thailand.
Man of the World 2019 contestants
On July 11, 2019, Tai will go back to the Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan City to crown his successor. It is the third edition of the international male beauty pageant organized by the Prime Event Productions Philippines Foundation Inc. (PEPPS).

On July 28, 2017, Mostafa Galal Mohammed Elezali represented Egypt at Man of the World 2017 and competed against 27 other candidates at One Esplanade in Pasay City, Metro Manila. He won the title.
Runner-up to Galal was Nguyễn Hữu Long of Vietnam while Abou Sahyoun Wassim of Palestine was second runner-up. Jake Edward Limtiaco of Guam and Victor Suiu of Moldova finished in the Top 5.
