Reynaldo Valera Guardiano, 65, Maria Teresa Magdalena Cruzata, 57, and Raul Marco Sison, 62, whose respective stage names are Rey Valera, Dulce and Marco Sison, are having a concert soon for charity. Titled “Beyond Timeline,” the concert will take place at the Music Museum in San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines on August 3, 2019 at 7 p.m.
Presented by Echo Jham Entertainment Production, the “Beyond Timeline” concert is for the benefit of the ailing priest of oblates of Saint Joseph Philippines, Casa Marello and Home for the Aged. Adonis Tabanda is the musical director while Calvin Neria is the concert director.
Both Valera and Dulce served as judges of the singing contest “Tawag ng Tanghalan” (Call of the Stage) in the noontime variety show “It’s Showtime” on ABS-CBN. The former is the punong hurado (head judge).
Valera was born on May 4, 1954 in Meycauayan, Bulacan, Philippines. Among the songs he wrote are “Mr. D.J.” and “Kahit Maputi na ang Buhok Ko” (Even When My Hair Turned Gray) by Sharon Cuneta.
Dulce was born on July 22, 1961 in Cebu City, Philippines. Her most famous song is “Ako ang Nagwagi, Ako ang Nasawi” (I was the Winner, I was the Loser).
Sison was born in Tagbilaran, Bohon on July 10, 1957. Among his greatest hits are “My Love will See You Through” and “Si Ada, si Lorna o si Fe” (Aida, Lorna or Fe).
Joining Valera, Dulce and Sison at “Beyond Timeline” as special guests are Gerald Santos and LA Santos. The concert will also feature The Infinite and George Castro.
