Rohit Khandelwal of India won Mister World 2016 on July 19, 2016. He and 45 other candidates competed for the title at the Southport Theatre and Convention Centre in Southport, England, United Kingdom.

On August 23, 2019, Khandelwal crowned his successor Jack Heslewood at Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The latter is the first Mister World from England.
