Dario Duque Mena represented the United States at Mister Global 2018 and competed against 37 other candidates at the Mambo Cabaret Show in Bangkok, Thailand on July 22, 2018. He won the title.

Runner-up to Duque was Ahmed Lasheen of Egypt. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Jakub Kucner of Poland, Dwayne Jeremy Geldenhuis of South Africa and Staporn Moollisan of Thailand.

Mister Global 2019

On September 26, 2019, Duque will crown his successor at the Benjasiri Grand Ballroom of Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 in Klongton Khlong Toei, Bangkok. It is the sixth edition of the international beauty pageant founded by Pradit Pradinunt.

Piyawat Kempetch, a disc jockey born and raised in Thailand, will host the coronation ceremony. This marks the first time Cuba, Haiti, Laos, Nigeria, North Cyprus, Taiwan, Togo and Tunisia are represented in the competition.

Mister Global 2017

On May 20, 2017, Pedro Henrique Gicca represented Brazil at Mister Global 2017 and competed against 27 other candidates at the Chiang Mai Hall in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He won the title.

Runner-up to Gicca was Gerrie Havenga of South Africa. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Christopher Joseph Bramell of England, Fabián Esteban Vera Abello of Chile and Thuận Nguyễn of Vietnam.
