Christofer Silva, 39, of Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil will make his Brave Combat Federation debut at “Brave 27.” He will replace Ikram Aliskerov, 26, of Makhachkala, Dagestan, Russia as the opponent of Mohammad “The Latest” Fakhreddine, 35, of Beirut, Lebanon.
Brave CF will hold “Brave 27” at the Mubadala Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on October 4, 2019. It will be the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion’s third event in the capital of the UAE.
Ikram Aliskerov
From welterweight, Aliskerov was supposed to make his comeback to middleweight at “Brave 27.” However, the Russian powerhouse suffered an undisclosed injury and is now off the card.
Ikram started off his Brave CFcareer with six straight wins, five of which were at middleweight. He then had 1 win and 1 loss as a welterweight.
Mohammad Fakhreddine
Also a former welterweight, Fakhreddine was scheduled to fight for the inaugural Brave CF Welterweight Championship belt at “Brave 8” in Brazil in 2017 but ended up falling ill during the weight cut. The Lebanese fighter was replaced by eventual champion by eventual champion Carlston “Moçambique” Harris, 32, of Brazil and Guyana.
The Lebanese fighter moved on from the title picture by developing a rivalry with Algerian-French fighter Tahar “Fast Hands” Hadbi, 32, of Algeria and two fought in Brave CF twice. The first one ended in a No Contest while the second one was won by the latter via technical knockout.
Christofer Silva
Silva was born in Niteroi on September 9, 1980. He has been married to Tatiana Silva since November 21, 2008.
Christopher is a jiu-jitsu black belt based in Abu Dhabi. As an MMA fighter, he has been competing professionally since 2009.
Currently, Christopher has a professional MMA record of 4 wins, 2 losses, 0 draw and 1 No Contest. Before joining Brave CF, he competed in G-Force Fighters in the United States and Desert Force in Abu Dhabi, Beirut and Dubai, UAE.
In the main event of “Brave 27,” former Brave CF Welterweight World Champion Jarrah “The Jordanian Lion” Al-Selawe, 26, of Jordan will have his rematch with reigning Brave CF Welterweight World Champion Abdoul “Sinistro” Abdouraguimov, 23, of France. Here is a clip from Brave CF:
