Alejanda Diaz De Leon Soler of Mexico was crowned Miss Globe 2019 in Ulcinj, Montenegro on October 21, 2019. She bested 48 other candidates.
Hosted by Arjola Shehu and Sabrija Vulic, the Miss Globe 2019 coronation night took place at the Holiday Villages Montenegro in Ulcinj and was broadcast live on RTCG Portal, RTK, MTV and RTSH Radio Televizioni Shqiptar. It featured performances by Daniel Dann, Bella Meri and Fıratcan Dalmış.
Runner-up to Soler was Carla Jean Lares of Trinidad and Tobago. Leren Bautista of the Philippines was second runner-up.
Shauna Griffiths of Canada and Kristýna Malírová of Czech Republic were the respective third and fourth runners-up. Patricia Ancheta of the United States, Daria Bessmertnaya of Russia, Irini Ligori of Greece, Rossella Pavoncelli of Italy, Martina Bozinovic of Montenegro, Irina Ursuletu of Romania, Evnet Kaur of India, Musina Guzel of Tatarstan, Eriona Sejdiu of Kosovo and Nicole Benavente of Venezuela finished in the Top 15.
