Carla Jean Lares of Trinidad and Tobago almost won The Miss Globe 2019. On October 21, 2019, she was named the first runner-up of the latest edition of the international beauty pageant.
Hosted by Arjola Shehu and Sabrija Vulic, The Miss Globe 2019 coronation night took place at the Holiday Villages Montenegro in Ulcinj and was broadcast live on RTCG Portal, RTK, MTV and RTSH Radio Televizioni Shqiptar. It featured performances by Daniel Dann, Bella Meri and Fıratcan Dalmış.
It was Alejanda Diaz De Leon Soler of Mexico who was crowned The Miss Globe 2019. Leren Bautista of the Philippines, Shauna Griffiths of Canada and Kristýna Malírová of Czech Republic were the respective second, third and fourth runners-up.
Patricia Ancheta of the United States, Daria Bessmertnaya of Russia, Irini Ligori of Greece, Rossella Pavoncelli of Italy, Martina Bozinovic of Montenegro, Irina Ursuletu of Romania, Evnet Kaur of India, Musina Guzel of Tatarstan, Eriona Sejdiu of Kosovo and Nicole Benavente of Venezuela finished in the Top 15.
