ONE Championship held the official “ONE: Dawn of Valor” open workout at the Syena Martial Arts Center in Jakarta, Indonesia on October 22, 2019. It was attended by eight mixed martial artists including Bozhena “Toto” Antoniyar, 24, of Yangon, Myanmar.
The “ONE: Dawn of Valor” fight night will take place at the Istora Senayan in Jakarta on October 25, 2019. One of the matches on the card is a women’s atomweight match between Antoniyar and Priscilla “Thathi” Hertati Lumban Gaol, 31, of Jakarta.
“ONE: Dawn of Valor” marks Antoniyar’s fifth ONE Championship bout. In her most recent bout, which was at “ONE: Masters of Destiny” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on July 12, 2019, she defeated Bi “Killer Bee” Nguyen, 29, of Vietnam and the United States.
“I’m coming off a really big win and I believe that another win over a veteran like Priscilla will put me in line for a shot at the world championship,” Antoniyar stated. “With that in mind, I plan on giving this match everything I have. I know Priscilla will have the crowd firmly behind her but I believe in my capabilities and I know I have what it takes to come out victorious.”
Antoniyar represents Team Toto. She is training out of Bali MMA in Bali, Indonesia.
Gaol participated in the “ONE: Dawn of Valor” open workout along with her countrymen Eko Roni Saputra, 27, Stefer “The Lion” Rahardian, 32, and Adrian “Papua Badboy” Mattheis, 26. Also present during the event were reigning ONE Welterweight World Champion Zebaztian “The Bandit” Kadestam, 28, of Sweden, Kiamrian “Brazen” Abbasov, 26, of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Kaji “Alpha” Ebin, 26, of Manila, Philippines.
