Hatoropan Simbolon will fight Victor Keitimu in the next One Pride Pro Never Quit event. Carrying the theme of “Battle of the Pride,” the combat sports event will take place at Mahaka Square Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia on October 26, 2019.
“One Pride MMA Fight Night 33: Battle of the Pride” has four mixed martial arts matches on the main card. The second match on the main card is a lightweight bout between Simbolon and Keitimu.
Simbolon recently suffered back-to-back losses. He unsuccessfully challenged reigning One Pride MMA Lightweight Champion Jeka Saragih at “One Pride MMA Fight Night 25” on December 1, 2018.
On March 9, 2019, Simbolon lost via unanimous decision when he stepped in as a last-minute replacement against Hendrik Tarigan at “One Pride MMA Fight Night 27.” This time, Simbolon came fully prepared to go back to the winning column.
Both Simbolon and Keitimu are known for their aggression so their fight has the potential to be the most exciting fight at “One Pride MMA Fight Night 33.” Training at Bantar Angin in Jakarta, the latter is a teammate of former One Pride MMA Welterweight Champion Rudy “Ahong” Gunawan.
In the main event of “One Pride MMA Fight Night 33,” Aep “The Raging Bull” Saepudi will challenge reigning One Pride MMA Featherweight Champion Hafid “The Avatar” Nur Maradi. The co-main event is a celebrity fight between television stars Randy Pangalila and Adhi Pawitra.
