Lorenzo Isip, 20, of Masbate, Philippines was one of the Ginoong Pilipinas 2019 winners. He was crowned on October 27, 2019.
Isip hails from Placer, Masbate. He was crowned Mister Tourism Cebu 2019 and Ginoong Masbate 2019 before joining Ginoong Pilipinas.
The Masbate native previously attended Southern Masbate Roosevelt College in Placer and Southwestern University PHINMA in Cebu City, Philippines. He is currently studying Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at the University of San Jose- Recoletos in Cebu City.
Including Cardoniga, 22 Filipino bachelors competed in Ginoong Pilipinas 2019. Hosted by reigning Miss Teen International 2018 Asia And Oceania Simone Nadine Bornilla and actor and model Nicholas Timothy “Nico Locco” Fowler, the coronation night took place at the Carlos P. Romulo Theater of RCBC Plaza Building in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Four titleholders were crowned. They will represent the Philippines in the next editions of Misters of the World, Gentleman of the World, Man of the World and Mr. Universe Tourism.
Aside from Isip, who was crowned as Ginoong Pilipinas-Misters of the World 2019, the other winners were Ginoong Pilipinas-Mister Universe Tourism 2019 Erik Lennart Visser, 21, of Cebu, Ginoong Pilipinas-Man of the Year 2019 Romart Lagura, 28, of Ozamiz, Misamis Occidental and Ginoong Pilipinas-Gentleman of the World 2019 Clark Cardoniga, 29, of Cavite while John Michael Suelo, 25, of Iloilo and Ruslan Kulikov, 19, of Batangas were the respective first and second runners-up.
Isip will represent the Philippines in the upcoming edition of Misters of the World. The specific date and venue of the coronation night have yet to be announced.
