Prathamesh Maulingkar represented India at Mister Supranational 2018 and competed against 37 other candidates at the Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji Arena (Hala MOSiR) in Krynica-Zdrój , Poland on December 8, 2018. He won the title.
On December 7, 2019, Maulingkar crowned his successor Nate Crnkovic of the United Staes at the Międzynarodowe Centrum Kongresowe w Katowicach, Katowice, Silesia, Poland. The latter is the first American winner of the international beauty pageant.
