Afghanistan’s Sultan Haseeb Amanzai named Mister Model Worldwide 2019 second runner-up in New Delhi, India

Representing Afghanistan, Sultan Haseeb Amanzai, 20, almost won Mister Tourism Worldwide 2019. He was the second runner-up of the second edition of the India-based male modeling competition.

Amanzai hails from Kabul, Afghanistan. He was born on December 25, 1998 and he stands 5’10”.


Including Amanzai, 18 candidates competed in Mister Model Worldwide 2019, which kicked off on December 16, 2019. Competing in three events, they had a photo shoot wearing swimwear designed by Sony Boy Mindo, walked in a fashion show wearing tuxedo and exhibited their beauty and patriotism in a national costume show.

Vladimir Mozorov, 32, of Kazakhstan won the Mister Model Worldwide 2019 title during the coronation night at the City Park Resort in New Delhi on December 21, 2019. Khunphan Suphachok, 24, of Thailand was the inaugural Mister Tourism Worldwide 2019.

Kim Hyeon Joong, 24, of South Korea was first runner-up while Bonface Lwako Songole of Kenya and Nasrul Izzati Zahari of Malaysia were the respective third and fourth runners-up. Mozorov won the Best Body award while Zahari was Best in Talent.

Four continental winners were crowned, as well. They were Mister Model Worldwide Africa 2019 Tokelo Holejane of South Africa, Mister Model Worldwide Americas 2019 Ricardo Almanzar Suarez of the United States, Mister Model Worldwide Asia 2019 Yogesh Sharma of India and Mister Model Worldwide Europe 2019 Valodya Gabrielyan of Armenia.
