Ketlin Lottermann, 25, of Santa Rita, Paraguay was one of the Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 winners. She was the third runner-up of the 29th edition of the international beauty pageant based in Bolivia.
It was Regina Peredo Gutierrez, 21, of Mexico who was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2019. The second highest title Virreina Hispanoamericana 2019 was given to Gabrielle Vilela de Souza, 27, of Brazil while Laura Juliana Claro Coronel, 23, of Colombia was the runner-up.
Including Lottermann, Claro, Peredo and Vilela, 30 candidates competed for the crown. On February 4, 2020, the Colombian candidate was voted Miss Personalidad UDABOL by the Universidad de Aquino Bolivia (UDABOL) in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia with Aylin Jaldin, 25, of Chile as the second placer.
The Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 coronation night took place at the Sirionó Salon of Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra on February 8, 2020. Mister Model International 2019 Sergio Ayala, 29, of Spain attended the event.
Yuanilie Alvarado, 23, of Puerto Rico was the second runner-up while Valeria Badell, 22, of Venezuela and Katrina Llegado, 21, of Philippines were the fourth and fifth runners-up, respectively. The respective sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth runners-up were Ainara Cardano, 25, of Spain, Franchesca Astier, 21, of Dominican Republic, Cassandra Cherry, 24, of Haiti and Monserrat Baez, 19, of the United States.
Reina Hispanoamericana has been celebrating Hispanic heritage since 1991. Had Lottermann won, she would have been the third winner from Paraguay following Liliana González and Tania Domanickzy, who were crowned in 1994 and 2004, respectively.
On August 7, 2019, Lottermann represented Alto Parana in Reinas de Belleza del Paraguay 2019 at the Resort Yacht y Golf Club Paraguayo in Asunción, Paraguay. She bested 15 other candidates and was crowned Miss Universe Paraguay 2019.
Lottermann is a physiotherapist and she speaks English and Portuguese fluently. She was unplaced when she represented Paraguay in Miss Universe 2019.
