Kelly Brianne Clarkson Blackstock, 38, professionally known as Kelly Clarkson, filed for divorce from her husband Brandon Blackstock, 43, on June 4, 2020. She cited irreconcilable differences and is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their two children.
During the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Kelly and Brandon spent their time together in their house in Montana, United States. From there, she recorded “The Kelly Clark Show” and her appearances on “The Voice” Season 18, which aired on NBC from February 24, 2020 to May 19, 2020.
Neither Kelly nor Brandon has released a statement about their divorce. The two had a prenuptial agreement.
Two days after filing for divorce from Brandon, Kelly participated in the ALL IN challenge, which aims to raise money for charity amid the COVID-19 outbreak. She was nominated by Mariah Carey.
Kelly was born in Fort Worth, Texas, USA on April 24, 1982. She is the youngest of the three children of former engineer Stephen Michael Jackson and first grade English teacher Jeanne Ann Rose Clarkson.

From Brandon’s previous marriage with Melissa White, 45, he has two children namely Savannah J. Blackstock and Seth Blackstock, who were born on June 7, 2002 and on November 21, 2006, respectively. Kelly and Brandon’s children River Rose Blackstock and Remington Alexander Blackstock were born on June 12, 2014 and on April 12, 2016, respectively.
