Benoit “God of War” Saint Denis, 24, of Paris, France has renewed his ties with BRAVE Combat Federation by signing a new long-term deal. This was confirmed by officials from the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion on June 14, 2020.

St. Denis competes in the welterweight division. He is an undefeated fighter with a professional MMA record of 5 wins, 0 loss, 0 draw and 1 No Contest.

Delighted with the new contract, St. Denis thanked BRAVE CF founder Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, 31, and president Mohammed “The Hawk” Shahid, 30. The Paris native said, “I’m very happy to be a part of the BRAVE CF family.”

“I’d like to thank His Highness Shaikh Khalid and Shahid for the opportunity of being a BRAVE CF fighter,” St. Denis continued. “It’s been amazing so far, starting with ‘BRAVE CF 28’ in Romania when I made my debut. I’m ready to go to war again very soon and I’m very happy that the fights are getting back and we’re going to have some more wars for BRAVE Combat Federation.”

In St. Denis’s most recent bout, which was at the joined “BRAVE CF 34” and “WFC 24” event at the Hala Tivoli in Ljubljana, Slovenia on January 19, 2020, he faced Ivica “Terror” Truscek, 32, of Zagreb, Croatia. The undefeated French MMA fighter put on a clinic by beating his Croatian opponent with a picture-perfect kneebar submission in the first round.

“BRAVE CF 34” marked St. Denis’s second outing in BRAVE CF. His promotional debut took place at the joint “BRAVE CF 28” and “RXF 36” event on November 4, 2019 at Berrariah in Bucharest, Romania where he faced Pawel Kielek, 24, of Olsztyn, Poland.

The bout between St. Denis and Kielek ended with a No Contest because of an accidental headbutt that connected with the French contender’s forehead and opened up a gash. Before this, the undefeated fighter put a four-fight winning streak, having only made his professional MMA debut in 2019.

A French Special Forces veteran, St. Denis hopes to improve as soon as possible now that he has a new contract and BRAVE CF is bound to return to its activities.  Here is a recent interview with the undefeated French MMA fighter:
