David “Fat Boy Slim” Jacobsson, 24, of Halmstad, Sweden has earned his second victory in the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion BRAVE Combat Federation. The Swedish MMA fighter was one of the winners at “BRAVE CF 40,” the promotion’s seventh consecutive event in Europe during the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
In partnership with Swedish MMA promotion Bulldog Fight Night (BFN), BRAVE CF held “BRAVE CF 40” in Stockholm, Sweden on August 24, 2020. In the second bout of the evening, Jacobsson fought Corneliu “The Beast of Moldavia” Lascar, 24, of Vaslui, Romania in the welterweight division.
In Jacobsson’s pre-fight statement, he asked for a stand-up fight and actually begged Lascar to avoid grappling and “give the fans what they want.” During fight night, indeed, the Romanian contender granted his Swiss opponent’s wish but it seems that not only the fans but the latter himself wanted it more than anything.
The striker from Halmstad knocked his Romanian counterpart in only 48 seconds, getting his second win at BRAVE CF in two weeks. Here are the details:

“BRAVE CF 40” marked Jacobsson’s second BRAVE CF outing. In his promotional debut at “BRAVE CF 38” on August 8, 2020, he defeated his countryman Dilmurod “Kamikaze” Movlonov via split decision.
