Written by Kurt Wimmer and directed by Mark Tonderai, “Spell” was shot around the outskirts of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa and Stellenbosch, Western Cape. Jacques Jouffret is the cinematographer and Sarah C. Reeves is the editor.
Omari Hardwick plays Marquis T. Woods in the film. The character loses lose control of the plane carrying himself and his family while on his way to his father’s funeral.
Hardwick’s character awakens wounded, alone and trapped in the attic of Eloise, played by Loretta Devine.
