Kelly Hutchinson, 23, of Auburn, Alabama, United States was 3 years old when she was featured in national commercial and print campaigns. She went on to become a competitive dancer and attended Auburn University in Auburn and was a member of the Auburn Tiger Paws Dance Team.
On October 5, 2019, Hutchinson competed against 31 other Miss Alabama USA 2020 candidates at the Gogue Performing Arts Center in Auburn. She won the title.
Runner-up to Hutchinson was Kristen Furr. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Alex Denning, Erin Snow and Bayley Albinger.
Miss Alabama USA 2021 contestants
On January 10, 2021, Hutchinson will crown her successor at the Auburn Hotel Grand Ballroom in Auburn. It is the 66th edition of the beauty pageant that selects Alabama’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate from the U.S.

Currently, Alabama has 30 Miss USA placements including one crown. The late Sylvia Hitchcock won Miss Alabama USA, Miss USA and Miss Universe in 1967.
On November 9, 2020, Hutchinson represented Alabama at Miss USA 2020 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Exhibition Center and the Soundstage of Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. She was fourth runner-up to Asya Branch of Mississippi, USA.
