3. On January 6, 2021, he participated in the riot at U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. Wearing a red hat, camouflage jacket and yellow gloves, he was hit by a projectile. His left cheek was bleeding when he was photographed with his fellow rioter Larry Rendall Brock, Jr. inside the Senate Chamber.
4. On January 7, 2021, he anonymously called the Federal Bureau of Investigation to confess that he broke into the U.S. Capitol building on January 6, 2021 and entered the Senate chamber with other people. The FBI found out the telephone number he used was associated with him.
5. With his left cheek still wounded, he gave details of his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021 in two YouTube videos he posted on January 8, 2021.
