  3. On January 6, 2021, he participated in the riot at U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.   4. Wearing a red hat, camouflage jacket and yellow gloves, he was 44 years old when he joined the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021. (a) During the riot, he was hit by a projectile. His left cheek was bleeding when he was photographed with his fellow rioter Larry Rendall Brock, Jr. inside the Senate Chamber. (c)
  5. He said his goal on January 6, 2021 was to get inside the U.S. Capitol building so he could “plead the blood of Jesus over it” and once he saw the door to the U.S. Senate inside the building, he he just “felt like the spirit of God” wanted him to go in the Senate room. (d)

  7. On January 7, 2021, he anonymously called the Federal Bureau of Investigation to confess that he broke into the U.S. Capitol building on January 6, 2021 and entered the Senate chamber with other people. The FBI found out the telephone number he used was associated with him. (c)

  10. FBI special agent Jeffrey Weeks filed a criminal complaint against him, which was assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin M. Meriweather on January 13, 2021. (c)
