Let’s review. Is it true that he had his birth certificate and Last Will and Testament with him? He was released because he made no specific threat, but came to Washington with the list of names with no appointment? That he was carrying a gun and attempted to avoid the checkpoint before he was arrested? He isn’t considered a threat, so he is released?
Must be nice to be a White man from West Virginia. You know if he looked like anyone “foreign” or a non-white he may have had a less than ginger experience and would likely be incarcerated.
He should at minimum be wearing an ankle bracelet, remove his guns and passport, informed that his guns would be held until after adjudication.
