BRAVE Combat Federation has big news after holding ‘BRAVE CF 46’ in Sochi, Russia

BRAVE Combat Federation is set to deliver huge news to its fan base around the world. Based in Bahrain, the global mixed martial arts promotion has hinted as much in a 20-second video on social media.

In the video, BRAVE CF asks fans to stay tuned with the big news coming soon. The Kombat Kingdom logo is also shown in the end.

Fans have flocked BRAVE CF’s social media profiles demanding to know more details about the news. Fighters have also been curious to figure out the next steps of the Middle East’s biggest sports property.

 

BRAVE CF kicked off 2021 with a stellar event. In association with Krepost Selection, “BRAVE CF 46” took place at the WOW Arena in Sochi, Russia on January 16, 2021.

“BRAVE CF 46” made Russia the 21st country to host a BRAVE CF event, something never achieved before by an MMA organization within their first four years of operation. The event was headlined by BRAVE CF Super Lightweight World Champion Eldar Eldarov, 29, of Bahrain and Russia who successfully defended his title against Leonardo “Macarrão” Mafra, 31, of Brazil.

Representing the host country, Roman Bogatov (Роман Богатов), 30, and Ali “Puncher” Bagautinov (Али Шамильевич Багаутинов), 35, made their respective BRAVE CF debuts at “BRAVE CF 46.” Both Russian MMA fighters earned important wins.

Bogatov defeated Nurzhan “Bizon” Akishev, 27, of Kazakhstan while Bagautinov defeated Oleg Ličkovaka, 24, also from Russia. Both victories were via unanimous decision.

Including Bahrain, Brazil, Kazakhstan and Russia, seven countries were represented at “BRAVE CF 46.” The others were Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
