Inside the building, he assaulted a Metropolitan Police Department officer. Later that day, he traveled to Texas, USA where he helped Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes III and other co-conspirators collect firearms, ammunition and firearms equipment worth thousands of dollars.
  10. On March 9, 2021, he was arrested on his way to work. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with obstruction of an official proceeding and aiding and abetting and being in a restricted building or grounds.
  11. On March 11, 2021, he was denied bond in federal court.
  12. On January 12, 2022, he and 10 other defendants were indicted in Washington, D.C. on several charges including seditious conspiracy.
  13. He was 34 years old when he pleaded guilty on March 2, 2022 to seditious conspiracy and obstruction of an official proceeding.
