  8. In August 2020, he became the executive director of RiseUpWA.
  9. On January 6, 2021, he entered the U.S. Capitol building with a black antenna of a walkie-talkie radio clipped to the inside of his black zipped-up sweatshirt and plastic swim goggles around his neck.
  10. On March 9, 2021, U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey signed a criminal complaint filed by a Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent against him.
  11. On March 30, 2021, he was arrested by FBI agents. On March 31, 2021, he made his first appearance in U.S. District Court in Portland before U.S. Magistrate Judge Youlee Yim You, who ordered his pretrial release with global positioning system monitoring.
  12. On October 3, 2023, he was found guilty of two felonies, including obstruction of an official proceeding and civil disorder, and five misdemeanor charges after a bench trial before U.S. District Chief Judge James E. Boasberg
  13. He was 44 years old when he was sentenced on January 24, 2024 by Boasberg to 6 years in prison and 36 months of supervised release with a fine of $7,946 and $2,000 in restitution.

  1. Vancouver, Washington is 2,803 miles from DC, Not 4.
    And this guy was my neighbor. Real “tough guy”….when he had 5 pals with him.
    In other words, a PAB like the rest of the white wing losers that used to drive to another state and cause trouble because around here we didn’t tolerate punks like him
