Hannah Carlile of Fairbanks, Alaska, United States is an international edication consultant and a second-grade teacher. She earned bachelor’s degrees in linguistics and French from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in Fairbanks.

After teaching French at UAF, Carlile decided to get her graduate degree. She earned a master’s degree in international education policy and management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

On November 2, 2019, Carlile won Miss Alaska USA 2020 and on May 8, 2021, she crowned her successor Madison Edwards of Anchorage at the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel and Spa in Anchorage. The latter will represent Alaska at Miss USA 2021.

Alaska currently has five Miss USA placements, including the second runner-up finish of Patricia Marlin in 1964 and the Top 6 finish of Karin Meyer in 1990. The most recent one was achieved by Alyssa London.

On May 14, 2017, London represented Alaska at Miss USA 2017 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. She finished in the Top 10.

On November 9, 2020, Carlile represented Alaska at Miss USA 20220 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Exhibition Center and the Soundstage of Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee. She was unplaced.
