Gabriella Deyi of Madison, Wisconsin, United States was a graduate research assistant at the University of San Francisco in San Francisco, California, USA from May 2016 to September 2017 and a multimedia journalist intern at KRON 4 News in San Francisco from September 2017 to December 2018.
On September 8, 2019, Deyi won Miss Wisconsin USA 2020 at Fond du Lac High School Performing Arts Center in Fond fu Lac, Wisconsin. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Nely Lopez, Karly Knaus, Natalie Hamilton and Kameron Gorres.

On May 18, 1974, Cook competed against 50 other Miss USA 1974 candidates at the Niagara Falls Convention and Civic Center in Niagara Falls, New York, USA. She was second runner-up to Karen Jean Morrison of Illinois, USA.
