Represented by Randall Bethune, he was charged with murder and shooting at an occupied vehicle and with enhancements. He was held on $2 million bail.
- On June 18, 2021, he pleaded not guilty to murder and discharge of a firearm at an inhabited dwelling with sentencing enhancements for discharge of a firearm causing death.
- On April 12, 2022, he pleaded not guilty again in the Leos’s murder.
- He was 26 years old when he was found guilty on January 25, 2024 of second-degree murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle and discharging a firearm causing great bodily injury and death. On April 12, 2024, he will be sentenced.

She’s just as guilty as he is. She should have gone straight to the cops knowing they’d killed the boy. What kind of scum could live with themselves knowing that happened and over nothing. He just looks like a psycho. Child killers are reaaaaaal popular in prison. It will not be fun.

This girl has so much opportunities in life. Her parents set her up to live in a good neighborhood and she still pretended to be a drama queen who supposedly suffered from depression. With her parents being there to catch her when she falls but now she is in prison for killing a child she will get killed herself. He was attracted to this subservient female, that’s Lee. Lee was his follower. She will proclaim Abusive Relationship by her defense attorney. She is afraid of him. He ran the whole show…. marcus eriz been living in a life of delusion all this time. everything from changing his facial appearance, changing jobs, moving violations for no insurance, driving without a license, driving in the 2 or more lane by himself, probably tax evasion too and most of all shooting at a moving vehicle killing a child inside. you notice neither parents of wynne lee and marcus eriz hasn’t spoken up for them leads me to believe they come from broken homes and that they don’t give a shit if they’re behind bars.

marcus eriz bail was changed from 2 million to held without bail because he was deemed a threat to the community also waved his glock 17 at another motorist the week after shooting aiden leos. lee’s lawyer want the bail lowered for her and claiming stupidity for her actions. she’s not 17 years old, she’s a responsible 23 year old adult so who’s the lawyer kidding. eriz tried to disguise his identity after the shooting by shaving off his iraqi beard and tie his greasy hair in a pony tail.
