  3. Wearing a TRUMP 2020 beanie hat, black jacket, black gloves and black leggings, she went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. with Kidd on January 6, 2021. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.   5. On January 14, 2021, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents interviewed her in Elberton. She told them that when she and Kidd reached the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, uniformed police officers near the doors told her and Kidd to come inside and showed them where to go. (b)
