  3. Wearing a MAGA hat, a red sweatshirt and a black jacket with a yellow and red stripe, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. with McDonald on January 6, 2021. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.   4. On January 15, 2021, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents interviewed him in Athens, Georgia. He told them the U.S. Capitol doors were wide open on January 6, 2021. (b)
