  3. On May 22, 2016, he allegedly physically attacked a woman, then 31, in a residence on Mallard Drive in Penn Township, Lancaster County. When the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police arrived at the residence, he was no longer there. (b)
  4. On May 23, 2016, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police obtained an arrest warrant for him. He was charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief. (b)

At 8:32 p.m. on June 25, 2021 on Waterford Court in Lancaster Township, Lancaster County, he allegedly tried to run a Manheim Township Police Department officer over in his vehicle and rammed a police cruiser as he escaped. Around a half-mile away, he crashed his vehicle and fled on foot. He had existing warrants for strangulation and flight to avoid apprehension from separate incidents at the time of the encounter with the police officer. (a)

On June 26, 2021, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office filed numerous charges against him including aggravated assault, flight to avoid apprehension, recklessly endangering another person, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, institutional vandalism and accidents involving damage to property.   9. At 2:30 p.m., police arrested him. He was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment and booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Conway with no bond while awaiting extradition back to Pennsylvania. (f)
