Mister Supranational 2019 Nate Crnkovich, 26, of Omaha, Nebraska, United States will crown his successor at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland on August 22, 2021. He was not able to do so in 2020 due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

There are 34 men competing for the Mister Supranational 2021 title. Considering the ongoing pandemic, I think the candidates who are in the medical field like the reigning Mister Supranational 2019 will catch the attention of the judges more easily than those who are not.

However, none of my five personal favorites are in the medical field. After checking the recent photos and videos of all the candidates and reading their profiles, I predict that these candidates will make it to the top:
