He, Walker and the third man ambushed the school’s principal Diane Vargo and told Vargo they were prepared to execute a citizens’ arrest if his child was not allowed back into the classroom immediately. Vargo asked the three to leave and when they refused, the principal called the police. The three left before cops arrived. Two hours later, he was arrested for trespassing. (c)(e)
